About Day To Day Products

Day To Day Products LLC operates the e-commerce store at daytodayproducts.store. By placing an order or downloading our software you agree to these terms.

Hardware Orders — Dropshipping Fulfilment

Physical products sold on this site are fulfilled via AliExpress-partnered suppliers. Delivery timelines are typically 12–25 business days from the date of order. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Tracking numbers are emailed within 3–5 business days of dispatch.
Day To Day Products is the seller of record and handles all customer disputes.

Software Products

Agora MD, Glow, and Vivid are free, Windows-only desktop applications distributed under the terms of their respective end-user licence agreements. They are provided "as-is" with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not charge for downloads and reserve the right to discontinue or update software at any time.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices with a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day To Day Products LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
