You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where possible.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). Depending on your bank, funds appear within 3–10 business days of processing.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Software downloads (Agora MD, Glow, Vivid) are free and carry no purchase price, so no refund applies. If you have a technical issue, contact our support team.
