When you download Agora MD, Glow, or Vivid, we log the download event (timestamp, app name, version) to count installs. No account is required and no personal data is linked to a download.

Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us at privacy@daytodayproducts.store — we will delete all records not required for legal compliance within 30 days.
